Dogs out of members states of the European Union must have an implanted micro-chip which should be visible for popular readers or a Tattoo. You have to take a pet passport with a certificate for a guilty rabies vacation with you. More rules are important for dogs out of none-EU states because you need more then the requirements named before. You also need a blood test and you could have to comply more deadlines. These documents are necessary for the entry into the EU and have to be shown at the event.

The dogs always have to be supervised from their owners during the event.
